Privacy notice

This notice covers the business discovery form operated by Pulse Path Ventures, LLC.

What we collect

Your name, email address and business challenge, any business type you choose to provide, and your research follow-up choice. We also record the submission time and the version of the notice and permission wording shown to you. Please do not include sensitive personal or customer information.

How we use it

Our team manually reviews responses to understand business needs and inform product research. We only use this form’s research permission to follow up about your challenge when you select it. Submitting does not sign you up for a newsletter, create an account, or trigger an automated email.

Storage and access

Responses are stored using Amazon Web Services in the US East (Northern Virginia) region. Access is restricted to authorized people reviewing submissions or operating the service. Operational logs record request metadata and errors, not your form answers. The site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

Responses are scheduled for deletion 30 days after submission. Storage deletion may take a few additional days. Deleted data may remain in restricted recovery backups for up to 35 days; it is not used for research during that time.

Your choices

You can leave optional fields empty and submit without permitting research follow-up. You may ask to access or delete your response, or withdraw research permission.
